For membership payments made in full by 6th September, a £15 discount will be applied.
All members who don't pay in full by the early bird deadline will be charged the full price based on the relevant membership. Members can still pay in full beyond this date, but this payment must be received by 13th September.
Alternatively you can set up a direct debit payment. For junior members with siblings at the club, a £5 discount will be applied to each of their memberships.
For further details on our membership or to discuss payment options please get in touch with our Finance and Membership Officer, Sarah Nottingham.

They have an additional responsibility in attending the AGM and are expected to vote on Club matters.

A Junior/Gator member is an under 14 player that plays in the junior teams (U8, U10, U12 or U14). They are not entitled to vote at the AGM; however, a parent/guardian can vote on their behalf.
Social membership entitles a person to vote at the AGM and stand for the Club Committee. An application to become a Social Member must be made in writing to the Lancaster & District Hockey Club Committee. If you have previously been accepted as a Social Member you do not have to reapply but membership fees are due each season.
It is expected that players playing in the Vets Team contribute towards the Club. There is a social membership of £35 which entitles the member to vote at the AGM or there is a Vets Player membership of £25 which allows the player to play for our Vets Team only.
Match Fees
Match fees are due before each game. Any player that has not paid on the day of a match is expected to resolve the outstanding match fee at training. Players will not be selected for matches if they have outstanding debt.
If a member chooses to pay for match fees via the Club bank account, please can this be completed in blocks of 5 to reduce administration (£30 Adults or £20 Students/Juniors).
If a member plays two fixtures in a day, they are only expected to pay for one match. The match fee should be paid at the first match before the game.
Training Fees
Training fees between August and April are included in each full membership package. Training fees apply for Social members or Vet members.
