GMS Registration

All adult members who play in NW League fixtures MUST be registered to Lancaster & District Hockey Club on the England Hockey GMS.

Transferring to Lancaster & District Hockey via GMS

If you are joining us from another club, you need to apply on GMS for approval from the club you are leaving (to confirm they agree and you don't have any fees outstanding etc).

Log in to GMS, select "My Clubs" from the dashboard and click "Request to join new club" and request to join Lancaster & District Hockey Club. Your current club will approve your request in GMS and so will an admin on behalf of Lancaster & District Hockey Club.

Match Day Guidance - For Captains and Admins

NW Hockey regulations require the captain (or "Team Admin") to enter the Teamsheet in GMS in advance of the match, including

all the players from our team
both umpires assigned to the match.

Post match captains (or "Team Admin") are required to submit scores and match cards including full details of goals, cards, with estimated times if exact times not recorded during the game.
